We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Manager to lead our Experience team at Samsung KX. Samsung KX was launched, in collaboration with Stellar Global, in 2019. Based in Kings Cross, London, Samsung KX is their impressive flagship European brand experience space and Stellar is responsible for managing and developing its exceptional people. Designed to give guests the ultimate immersive brand experience, Samsung KX is a place where people are invited to discover, interact with and learn new skills in a dynamic environment through a range of workshops, events and performances together with local community partners.

As Experience Manger you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bringing the ethos of KX connected innovation to life to your team and our customers. You will need to lead by example and need to ensure you and your leadership team are organised and operationally excellent through strategic planning, HR control and deliver against KX KPIs. You will need to enjoy solving problems, be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.

You will lead the team within the space, scheduling your team to ensure the business needs are met and approving holidays using the HR systems. In addition you will track business, team and individual performances using KPIs and will serve as duty manager when required. You will ensure your team understands the goals of the business and instil enthusiasm while fostering a positive work culture. You will also be involved in the development of your team, working closely with the leadership team and the Training team. As a manager you will take care of your team, ensuring that they are in the best position to achieve Samsun KX' business goals, while handling performance issues sensibly and confidentially. You will also be in a position to identify and act on potential for growth and will work effectively with the General Manager to ensure Samsung KX will continue to grow and thrive.

  • Celebrate the success through coaching in the moment, building a recognition a validation plan to support the growth of your team embodying a culture through your team that drives unified values
  • Preferred 4 years experience in managing teams of at least 30 employees  Headcount and management team of 6
